The article provides information about the futuristic architecture of modern multi-storey parking lots, which harmoniously fits into surrounding space. historical history development and its transformation is given. It proved that use simplest most affordable materials in construction, as well bold non-standard actions design, including laying all engineering systems building openly with output to facade, allow you create interesting solutions look attractive, harmony residential environment.
